The new machine provides maximum efficiency thanks to time-optimized, monitored welding sequences and considerably shorter cooling times. The significant increase in performance is made possible in part by the further developed machine components, such as the innovative planer design for leveling the pipe ends. The consistently high quality and perfectly reproducible results of AGRU piping systems are ensured, among other things, by switchable welding path monitoring.
User-oriented machine design
Easily adjustable clamping jaws, which also protect the welding area, allow for reliable and monitored clamping of the pipe components. Furthermore, integrated waste collection containers enable sorted recycling.
Scratch-resistant, highresolution display with advanced touch capability
The menu visualized in the app design guides intuitively through the entire welding process. All welding data and the QA/QC guidelines can be viewed at any time.
Big Data ready
The real-time transmission of welding data from an entire machine fleet via LAN/WLAN enables rapid digital evaluation and precise traceability of the IR weld results in the AGRU Weldnet. Furthermore, the wireless connection allows a central network printer to be controlled by all machines simultaneously. The additional Bluetooth function of the SP 110-S V3.1 ensures seamless communication with the WeldTrace app.
Faster and easier maintenance
Consistent performance is made possible by the Tool Kit developed for the SP 110-S V3.1. It can be used to carry out autonomous and precise calibration of all machine parameters directly on site, saving time. All calibrations are digitally recorded for continuous traceability.
