AGRU was present at two major trade fairs in May and June, setting new standards in plastics technology.
Participation in IFAT Munich 2024, the world's leading trade fair for water, sewage, waste and raw materials management, which took place at the Munich Exhibition Center from 13 to 17 May, was a great success. With a new visitor record of 142,000 visitors from almost 170 countries, AGRU was also able to welcome numerous interested parties and customers to its 156 m² stand. Together with FRANK, the comprehensive plastics technology portfolio was presented, with the focus on innovations in the field of hydrogen technology. A special highlight was Daniel Fechtig's presentation on "Hydrogen in the circular economy" in the Spotlight Area. In addition, the expanded range of large fittings was presented and innovations for faster installation of the Poly-Flo double piping system were shown.
Achema, the leading international trade fair for the process industry, took place in Frankfurt am Main from June 10 to 14, 2024. AGRU was also represented here together with FRANK and Asahi on a 168 m² stand. The focus of the exhibition was on solutions for transporting high-purity and aggressive media. Particularly noteworthy was the PURAD ultra-pure media piping system, which was specially developed for the transportation of high-purity media. The Poly-Flo double piping system was impressively presented in an installation with a hologram. Mechanically manufactured components could be admired in an AGRUCHEM isometry. Daniel Fechtig gave the lecture "High Performance Polymers for the green hydrogen economy" in the Europa hall, presenting plastics technology solutions for the production, transportation and storage of green hydrogen.
Both trade fair appearances underline AGRU's commitment to innovative and forward-looking solutions in plastics technology.
