Variety of production options and materials
AGRU offers its global customers special formed parts made from thermoplastics such as PE, PP, PVDF, ECTFE, FEP and PFA. In the new Plant 6, the plastics technicians combine their mechanical and welding technology manufacturing expertise to produce mechanically manufactured fittings for the numerous AGRU piping systems when no injection-molded fitting is available. These tailor-made connectors are manufactured using state-of-the-art technology from low-cost PE to high-performance materials such as PFA. Even complete piping isometrics are pre-assembled ready for use at the customer's request. The extensive product knowledge of the application engineers, combined with high production quality and a global logistics network, makes AGRU the first choice for sophisticated plastics technology.
Mechanical processing and welding
The products manufactured by AGRU are highly economical and of high product quality. In-house toolmaking offers maximum flexibility and enables the cost-effective production of sophisticated components. The fittings are robust and can withstand years of continuous operation. Flow analyses and the consideration of specific framework conditions and standards ensure optimum hydraulic properties. The entire production process takes place in an ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified company with state-of-the-art machinery and decades of experience in plastics processing.
Efficient logistics and sustainable construction
Plant 6 also impresses with its efficiency and strategic use of the available space. Thanks to sophisticated internal logistics, special solutions can be produced entirely at the same location. The sustainable construction concept includes a high-performance photovoltaic system and environmentally friendly heat pump technology. All surface water is carefully collected, purified and returned to nature.
