SP 110-S V3 is suitable for all AGRU pipe components between OD 20mm (1/2“) and OD 110mm (4“). The weldable materials include PE 100-RC, PP-H, PP-R, PP-Pure, Polypure, PVDF, PVDF-UHP, ECTFE, PFA and Poly-Flo in PE and PP. Based on AGRU´s long standing welding experience, welding parameters for each material are defined and pre-programmed on the machine.
Thanks to magnetic clamping inserts, replacement is carried out particle-free without tools.

The SP 110-S V3 is the perfect welding machine for the following fields of application:
Piping systems manufactured by AGRU welding machines
Mechanical vertical and horizontal adjustment of the clamps for precise, tension-free alignment of the welding zone and lowest offset.
All welding parameters predefined by AGRU, such as temperature, joining pressure and welding times, are constantly monitored, controlled logged and regulated depending on ambient temperature, which is also constantly measured. QA/QC guidelines for evaluating welds and precise bead measurement by an integrated calliper guarantee excellent and reliable weld quality for each material.
Automatic welding processes ensure
RFID data input for system access and welder identification in combination with the pre-programmed welding processes ensure a very safe and automatic welding process.
Entire processes are servo- electronically controlled for precise pressure and for movement welding.

A 10.1“ touchscreen supported by 3D animations guides you through all the required settings and welding procedures.
The user instructions are available in German, English, traditional and simplified Chinese, French, Dutch, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Russian, Spanish, Swedish and Czech. Other languages are available on request.
Magnetic clamping inserts enable a fast, easy and particle-free changing to other dimensions without any additional tools.
