Steel tanks were made acid-proof by means of PVDF lining.
For the plant in Sakarya in Turkey chromic acid baths have been designed. The company GEZER End. produced steel tanks and lined them with fabric-backed PVDF sheets from AGRU. The covers of the tanks have been made from FRP, which also has been lined with PVDF sheets.
