At a facility operated by a leading titanium dioxide pigment manufacturer in Camaçari, which has been in operation for over 50 years, Sure Grip/Ultra Grip concrete protective liners are utilized. These liners protect wastewater channels, floors, and machine foundations from aggressive chemicals, providing reliable sealing and resistance to corrosion, abrasion, and high temperatures due to their thermoplastic properties. Used successfully for nearly a decade, they have replaced traditional materials such as acid-resistant tiles and fiberglass. The reduced maintenance effort makes them a sustainable and cost-effective choice.
Another project demonstrates the use of Sure Grip PP concrete protective liners in industrial waste storage for a leading plastic manufacturer. Across two Brazilian facilities with a total area of 1,400 m², industrial waste is securely stored. To protect the concrete surfaces from solid, liquid, and gaseous pollutants, the company opted for roll-format protective liners. Fourteen rolls, each covering 100 m², were delivered, significantly reducing welding seams and installation time. The liners' high chemical resistance and durability ensure an almost maintenance-free seal.
