Due to the worldwide PVDF shortage, AGRU searched intensively for new PVDF raw material in 2022. After several trials, we were able to run the first large-scale production in December 2022, with a new alternative PVDF grade.
Based on internal tests and the information provided by our supplier, this PVDF grade shows the typical AGRU PVDF characteristics, see data sheet attached.
Please be informed that this PVDF grade is not specified as a high purity type.
AGRU is now able to offer PVDF natural sheets with dimension 2000 x 1000 mm. Additionally, fabric backed PVDF PGW (Polyester fabric backed) sheets can be offered as sheets and rolls. A detailed information on the delivery program is shown in the tables below. Most of the stated products are already stock items, which are ready for shipment.

Also welding rods with 3 mm and 4 mm diameter are available in the new PVDF grade. For welding of our Code 37 sheets we recommend to use the matching welding rod for best results.
